Awful experience from the begin to the end. I paid for an item but it was not delivered and status was "waiting for payment". Mails after (they don't have a phone number!) with an awful and very slow clients service, payment was recognized. Package was sent but could not be delivered because they did not give info to the courier about the door code of my building, without that is impossible to ring at my flat's bell, despite I had clearly written in the address. With much delay the package was finally delivered but nobody rang at the bell and simply left it in a common area where everybody could stole it or damage. I found out many hours later because I check the track status saying "delivered"!!! Recommend to avoid...
