I am happy with the efficiency of FixPart. The item was found easily on your system and was packaged very well to protect the glass. I should have received the item the next business day as the website states ,however as DPD was used as a courier I had issues receiving my item. It arrived 3 phone calls and an additional day late. I would prefer that your email replies would be done. Otherwise very happy with the item and the initial service.

I sent my order last week Friday, however I have not received anything. I got a notification from DPD on Monday and Tuesday saying that they failed to deliver even though I was working from home on both days. No one rang the bell and even after requesting for the delivery man to leave confirmation that he came to deliver in the postbox, I still did not get that either.
