Just having the worst experience ever: delivery service confirmed the delivery to my place but it was not, reached out to CSR, was told for almost 2 weeks that the delivery service would pick up the packages and deliver them to me, called the delivery service that told me that for them it was delivered to my place so if missing, Zesso had to start an investigation... CSR kept telling me that no there were to pick up at "the place they were delivered" and deliver them to me.... asked the CSR that why also as any other company were not sending me the nightstands again as not my fault if package was missing, she kept ignoring that and also start saying that if I did not want them anymore I should say it and they would pick them up where they got delivered (when for the delivery service they were "lost") and once back they would refund me. Now for 2 weeks the package was at a neighbour, I dont want them anymore and just want to send it back so reached out for a return and now suddenly no answer is provided and still waiting to have the package return label, just want to have it done and clearly will never order to Zesso anything again
