I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the delivery of my order, which I have been unable to receive since May 25th.
Your customer service has not met the basic expectations necessary to resolve this issue, particularly in facilitating the delivery of the item to a DHL pickup point. Despite multiple attempts, the delivery has failed, and I have not been provided with adequate support to address this matter.
One significant problem seems to be the inability to update the delivery location. Allowing customers or senders to edit the delivery address and select a DHL pickup point could have prevented these repeated delivery failures. Additionally, it appears that the DHL system is altering the address I entered, resulting in confusion and the inability to locate the correct delivery point.
I urge you to address this situation promptly by:
1. Providing an option to modify the delivery address or select a DHL pickup point directly.
2. Ensuring that the delivery system retains and uses the correct address as provided by the customer.
