Bonne qualité des réponses aux questions posées et bon délai de réception de celles-ci. Bon délai de livraison (mais je ne suis toujours pas convaincu par le coût des frais de livraison quasiment équivalent au coût de l’achat qui, de plus, était de très petite taille …).

The issue I isn't with the product itself (which never arrived) but with the courrier company DHL. The item was supposed to be delivered to my home address on 22 June then on 23 June and again on 26 June but each time DHL came up with a fake excuse for not delivering. I wasted 3 days waiting at home for nothing. At this point I cancelled my order and, fortunately, Fatboy reimbursed me very quickly hence the reason for 2 stars instead of one.
