I made the order on 26 Oct, but DPD said my address is incorrect. I noticed that and tried to contact FixPart by email (the only way they provide to reach their customer service) on 31 Oct.
Till now (9 Nov), I did not receive any response and the tracking said the package has been returned to the sender. No customer servic, no response to my email, no refund.
I believe if anything goes smoothly, FixPart does offer products with good price. But if anything goes wrong, you cannot get any help from them.
