If I could give zero stars, I would. Fixpart is quick to take your money immediately, but once they have it, they treat you like absolute garbage. When I placed my order, their website explicitly claimed the item was in stock for rapid delivery. It never arrived. When I asked where it was, the excuses started rolling in like a comedy of errors: First, they blamed an "external supplier." Then, a few days later, they completely changed their story and claimed there was an "internal processing error." They can't even keep their own lies straight! When I pointed out that a customer shouldn't have to suffer or chase them for their own inventory failures—and asked management/the CEO to step in—they simply ignored my emails completely. Total radio silence. They expect customers to pay upfront instantly, yet they think it's acceptable to take your money, lie about stock, feed you shifting excuses, and then ghost you when you demand a fair resolution. Completely unprofessional, deceitful, and disrespectful. Avoid ordering from this company at all costs if you want to save yourself a massive headache.
